Q: How does EZ Pay work?
A:
EZ Pay allows you to purchase items from a students and pay for those items via credit card online. The items will be written down on the student's order form along with a confirmation # you will receive once the transaction is complete. Items will be delivered to you by the student within 6 weeks.

Q: How will my purchase benefit the group?
A:
A portion of your purchase will benefit the group and the seller will be credited for prizes.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

Visa and MasterCard.

Q: When will my products arrive?
A:
Orders will NOT be shipped to the end customer. Students will deliver your items within 6 weeks.

Q: Is it safe to enter my credit card number on the site?
A:
Yes. S'cool Services uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security. Credit Card numbers are never stored on the web server. You will be asked to enter your credit card number each time you checkout on S'cool Services

Q: When I checkout, what happens to my information?
A:
When you register, your information stays with S'cool Services. Your information will NOT be sold to any third parties. You may be contacted by our Customer Service Center to verify any questions we may have about your order.

Q: Do you use cookies on S'cool Services

Yes. We do use cookies to keep track of the school that you entered at the beginning of the order. We do not use the cookie to collect any personal information. If cookies are blocked, you will not be able to complete your order.

Q: How does my group sign up to use S'cool Services
A:
Please call us at (800) 873-5679 or send an email to vicki@scoolservices.com. Please include your name, group's name, address, and phone number.

Q: What is the group ID?
A:
The group ID is a unique number given to each group. You will need it to enter the group's section of the site. Contact the group or the seller if you do not have the group ID.

Q: What is your return policy?
A:
We do not allow our items to be returned for exchange or credit.
